The Walther GSP is a single-action match pistol in .22lr or 32 S&W long Wadcutter as complete pistol or conversion kit. The GSP was first manufactured in 1968, the letters GSP stand for Gebrauchs and Standard Pistole. Only older versions before 1977 have a safety catch on the left hand side of the frame. The magazine housing is in front of the trigger . The magazine release is in the magazine heel. On both sides, above the trigger group, is the cocking lever with which this pistol can be loaded and cocked.The Walther GSP has a magazine capacity of 5 rounds. The total length is 11 1/2 inch, the barrel is 4 1/2 inch, the weight is 41 1/2 oz.
